Return and Refund Policy

At Maison Naykaï, we pay particular attention to the quality of our creations and your satisfaction. If, despite all the care taken with your order, an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it according to the terms below.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Once your return request has been made, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) concerned to us.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

unworn, unwashed and unused;
in perfect resalable condition;
accompanied by their original tags;
returned in their original packaging, as far as possible.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use cannot unfortunately be refunded.

Products excluded from the right of return

In accordance with current regulations, certain products cannot be returned, including:

custom-made or personalized items;
gift cards;
any product whose condition no longer allows it to be resold.

How to make a return?

Specifying:

your order number;
the item(s) concerned;
the reason for the return.

We will then inform you of the return procedures.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error in preparation on our part or a product recognized as defective.

We recommend that you keep proof of shipment. Maison Naykaï cannot be held responsible for a package lost during transit.

Refund

Upon receipt of your return and after checking the condition of the items, the refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering.

Processing is generally completed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the deadlines of your banking institution.

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in cases provided for by law.

Defective item or order error

If you receive a damaged, defective or different item from the one ordered, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, attaching some photographs.

After examining your request, we will offer you the most suitable solution: replacement, exchange or full refund.
